With the continuous development of the construction industry, there are more and more types of houses in our daily lives. In addition to common buildings, there are also houses like prefabricated houses. So, what materials are used to make a prefabricated house? What are the advantages of prefabricated houses? Let's take you to learn more.
What materials make up a prefabricated house:
A prefabricated house is generally composed of colored steel plates, sandwich panels, self tapping screws, roof eaves, internal and external corners, and other materials. Color steel plate is one of the important materials because it is the main body used to build a prefabricated house, while other materials are auxiliary materials that play a role in fixing the prefabricated house.
Advantages of prefabricated houses:
1. Energy saving
Activity board houses have energy-saving characteristics. The wall is mainly composed of insulation materials, decorative materials, and galvanized steel skeleton, which can block the hot air channel and affect the heat transfer inside and outside the wall. In addition, due to the filling of insulation materials in the walls of the prefabricated house, its insulation performance is good.
2. Comfortable
The building materials used to make prefabricated houses nowadays are mostly new environmentally friendly materials. This type of material not only has good thermal insulation performance, but also is very environmentally friendly and healthy, making people's lives more comfortable. In addition, the second floor walls are mostly made of OSB boards. It is made from various pure natural materials. It does not contain harmful substances and will not cause secondary indoor pollution.
3. Short construction period
Most prefabricated houses are made of lightweight materials, and the steel frame is fixed with self tapping screws. Most projects involve doing homework. There are basically no requirements for climate and environment, and it has strong adaptability and can be completed in a short time. It can be said that the construction cycle of prefabricated houses is much faster than traditional buildings.
What are the precautions for building prefabricated houses?
1. Attention should be paid to each functional area, such as the operation area, office area, and living area. Different spatial decoration methods also vary. When building a prefabricated house, be sure to stay away from flammable and explosive materials, at least 30 meters away.
During construction, attention should be paid to fire prevention, and the materials used should meet Class A fire prevention requirements. Rock wool material should be used to achieve flame retardant effect, and the thickness of the steel plate should meet the requirements. The height of the prefabricated house also has requirements, not exceeding 2 floors, and fire prevention measures should be taken on that floor.
3. Fire exits should be set up around the prefabricated house. If multiple prefabricated houses are built, each room should be controlled at least 6m to ensure smooth roads. When the space for prefabricated houses is limited, fire prevention measures should be taken between the prefabricated houses, and drainage treatment should be carried out on the roads of the prefabricated houses.
If it is a two-story board house, a two-way staircase should be constructed to ensure that personnel can walk in the event of a fire. In addition, if the prefabricated house is long and has many rooms, multiple staircases should be built to form multi-directional evacuation to prevent crowding and stampede accidents in emergency situations.
5. The board meeting room should be equipped with fire-fighting equipment, and drills should be conducted. Workers should learn how to use fire extinguishers. In daily life, use electricity safely, avoid using high-power appliances, and prevent circuit tripping.
